Well-prepared inspection for Scandinavia ran smoothly

We supported a client in managing a multi-country inspection.

An international pharmacovigilance client recently needed our assistance facilitating an inspection with inspectors from three Scandinavian countries.

The client has insourced a QPPV and deputy QPPV from PharmAdvice, and the majority of their PV activities in the EU are now based in Denmark.

When notified of an impending inspection led by the Danish Medical Agency and supported by other Scandinavian competent authorities, the client relied on us for support in facilitating the on-the-ground process.

Preparation ensured smooth process

Our experienced QPPV and deputy QPPV helped the client prepare for and facilitate the inspection, which involved inspectors from Denmark, Norway and Sweden, ensuring a secure and smooth process.

By gathering the inspectors as well as the client’s experts and the QPPV and deputy QPPV from PharmAdvice in one location near our offices, we laid the foundation for efficient collaboration throughout.

For more than a week, 10 people worked side by side with excellent facility support from WORQ – The Comfy Office Hub in Søborg.

The inspection went according to plan with a good overall outcome.
